ŁAGOWSKA LAW OFFICE is formed by a team of experienced lawyers who specialize most of all in legal services in the fields of bankruptcy and restructuring law, public procurement law and public-private partnerships (PPP), debt collection and management, company law, bill-of-exchange law, and contract law.
The FIRM also specializes in the broadly defined real estate law, including assessment and drafting of lease contracts, service contracts, and marketing contracts for the ongoing operation of shopping centers (including full commercialization of shopping centers), drafting of construction work contracts and other contracts in investment project processes.
The lawyers working at the FIRM have experience in negotiation of contracts with designers and general contractors, provide support to technical departments in investment project processes, in particular in obtaining building permit decisions, environmental decisions, and occupancy permits; also, they are involved in real estate purchase and sale transactions, including the due dilligence process.
We also advise on how, using the available legal tools, to effectively protect one's receivables so that they can be used in the future to achieve the intended business purpose of the Customer.

As a part of our services, we prepare and participate in negotiations of various types of contracts pertaining to business transactions, with particular focus on risk management, we support our customers in complicated court cases, and we provide legal services to corporations.
