- we provide advice in selection of the appropriate model and the division of risk, as well as in protection of the interests of the entities that finance investment projects
- we take part in negotiations
We provide legal services in proceedings conducted pursuant to the Public Procurement Law, both to employers and to contractors.
- we help analyze tender documentation and, based on our assessments, we recommend the appropriate actions, including the use of legal protection means pursuant to the PPL Act
- we prepare requests for clarification of ToR's for contractors
- we assist in preparation of bids and contractor's documentation
- we provide advice related to deadlines
- we draft letters in appeals proceedings
- we represent our customers before the National Appeals Chamber and before courts
